I'm perfectly happy as a geeky Dr. Who fangirl (although not nearly as geeky as Mark), so I was tickled when he showed me the Adventure Calendar, all set to warm me up to the Christmas Adventure. http://www.bbc.co.uk/doctorwho/

But I gotta say, whilst I know that he's really pointing a sonic screwdriver at me in an oh-so-masculine way, it still kind of looks like he's giving me the finger.

Perhaps that's just some weird personal psychological bent of mine.  Maybe it's a subconscious reaction to their Billie Piper note.  But there it is.
